Facebook Poker Chips Hacked – What to do now?
It’s what every Facebook poker player dreads, you try to log on one day wanting to enjoy a nice session of Facebook poker only to find all your chips are missing or even worse that you can’t log on at all as your password has been changed. First thing to do is not panic, at least it’s not real money and secondly just follow the simple steps to hopefully getting both your account and chips back.Firstly, if you are unable to gain access by logging into your Facebook account you must first gain access to this account before reporting the loss of your Facebook chips. Then make the following changes:-
1. Uninstall and then reinstall with the latest version of Java.
2. Clear your cache.
3. Change your passwords – Change your e-mail password, and then change the password to your Facebook account.
4. You may notice that you have more than one email address which is unknown to you associated with your profile that could be used to compromise your account.Click “Settings” and from the drop down menu choose “Account Settings”. Go to the Contact Email section and click the “Change option” this will allow you to view all of the email addresses linked with your account. Remove any unusual addresses you don’t recognise from the list.If you have an anti-virus or anti-spyware program installed run a full system scan. If you don’t have any on your computer there are a number of good freeware ones such as Ad-aware or SuperAntiSpyware.
Once you have performed the above steps you will need to submit a support ticket to http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/ask. Then “Ask a Question”Subject: Hacked Chips
1. Briefly explain what happened
2. When was the last time you saw the chips in your account and when did you first notice they were gone? Which time zone are you in?
3. What was your chip balance before they disappeared, and what is it now?
4. Include any messages or links that you may have clicked which could have resulted in your loss.
5. Make sure you include your UID (facebook ID)
6. If you submit an incomplete ticket, without all of the details requested above, it could significantly delay Zynga’s response time.

Hi Suzan,
Please forward these details to Zynga Support, you can do so at the correct place by using the links provided.

Hi, possibly i’m being a bit off topic here, but I was browsing your site and it looks fascinating. I’m writing a blog and trying to make it look neat, but everytime I touch it I mess something up. Did you design the blog yourself? Could someone with little experience do it, and add updates without messing it up? Anyways, good information on here, very useful.

I was hacked for 17 million zynga poker chips. I contacted Zynga 8 times by phone and as many times by email. It goes in a black hole. I believe Zynga has internal problems and someone working for Zynga is stealing the chips and then selling those stolen chips, which then are stolen again. I’m done with Zynga pokier
